The scientists hastened their research as they watched their experiment closely. A wolf by the name of Malex. They’d been testing appetite enhancers and all manner of growth serums, with varying but successful effects. One particular serum had caused the wolf to double in size, then double again… and again and again! Day by day Malex grew bigger and bigger, with no end in sight, and no way of stopping him.
Some of the scientists panicked as they realized what they had done. He’d been eating constantly as his appetite grew with the rest of him. They tried limiting his diet, which only further frustrated the growing giant as he watched them eagerly. Even for his immense size, he’d been eating too much and those massive curves wobbled as he walked like a canine T-rex. The taller he grew, the more he wanted to eat. The more he ate, the fatter he became. They had created a gluttonous monster.
As the city struggled to keep up with Malex’s growing appetite, and the containment zone struggled to contain the enormous wolf, Malex grinned widely, taunting them. This was no longer an experiment, they were keeping him from devouring everything in sight. It was only a matter of time before he could break loose and eat as much as his belly wanted him to, being so immense no one could stop him.
He was going to keep getting bigger and bigger and bigger…
