I love his overall build, but... why the penis shaped crotch area? Isn't that a little odd for a guy whose armor is meant for kicking ass or being a badass?

It would be odd if it was armour. He's a cyborg, and this body is a replacement for the previous more natural-looking one that was destroyed in a fight. (Practically naked in plain sight, I guess. =D)
