It's Queeny's new transformation as described in scene 8 of Mischief Knights episode 3 ( http://www.furaffinity.net/view/2896837 ). Had drawn this awhile back but held off on finishing it till after it's first appearance... and forgot about it till now. Anyway Form Icarus is Queeny's third transformation out of her five forms that's appeared in Mischief Knights. It just might be one of her strongest forms yet. It's also the only form that uses jets on it's back instead of insect wings to fly. However with great speed and power comes a steep price. For the time being it's abilities are unknown.
