Tired of being soiled and thrown away, the entire world's stores of diapers have gone rogue and decided to strike back against their creators! For some reason this reminds me of something called "Squishy Baff" (now called "Gelli Baff"). Turns bathtub water into bathtub full of super-absorbent. If it wasn't for the packet of salt included with the gel powder, you'd be shovelling it out for days.

They subdue victims by overwhelming them in numbers, piling onto the victim and taping themselves up around them, gradually slowing them down until they can barely move, allowing other diapers to catch up and tape themselves on until the victim is totally immobile under all the sheer weight and bulk.
I haven't settled on what they should do next, though I've considered a few possible scenarios. Maybe the victims are smothered under all the thick padding, or maybe they're turned into diapers themselves. Maybe they're mentally regressed, or made incontinent. Or maybe they're turned into a diaper critter that slowly fills up as more diapers grow inside it, swelling up until they burst free looking for more victims. Whichever outcome you like most, just imagine that being what happens.
