With the coming of a new year comes a new OC. Wanna give a big thanks to

So much so that she even has a party supply and balloon shop of her very own, called "Wacky Whitney's Party Palace". With her motto being: "Is catering and party planning not right for you? Just ask a roo that knows what to do(o)!"
Whether you might be planning for a birthday, wedding, graduation, or any other sort of special occasion, or even just throwing a party for the fun of it, this kangaroo has everything you might need to make all your event plans perfect, and then some. However, if you need something EXTRA speclal to stand out, best hope she's able to make a reservation, cause she really knows how to "go big" at a party...
