bit of a quick question , can we purchase a "in the rough" version so that it can be altered to move with the user's own jaw movements ? ( think talking , yelling growling et cetera, )
and to be honest looking at this version I kinda want to purchase one to go over class 3 ballistic facial armor ( yeah I know I'm weird but ya got to admit it would look damn cool...)

Well the plan is to slowly sand/cut/grind away at the "hollow" ( the black painted jaw gap) I will have to re-sculpt the lower jaw's teeth.
From there separate the lower jaw from the upper in the process re-sculpt the jawbone axis ( the point where it would naturally hinge for up and down movement "irl" ) and from there find and implement a set of rotational hinges into the upper maxillary part of the jaw to the lower, creating a natural looking pivot point.
After that I have to disguise the hinge to look like bone like material and apply a flexible black cloth (probably stretch lycra to the "hollow" to disguise mouth movement ) and pad the hinge ( jaw chaffing not exactly being a big "must try" on my list...heh )
And from there use black elastic to crate an adjustable ,close fitting jawline strap for secure retention.
In short MAJOR maxillofacial "dental surgery".. (And you though a root canal was work intensive and painful... )
