Ladies and gentlemen, Peter’s parents: Robert and Celine. Until this page they had no official names, or even a significant amount of dialogue (particularly on Robert’s part. I think he had two individual spoken lines total before this page). I’ve really meant to bring them more into the spotlight, since really they should have as much of an impact on Peter’s life as Seth does… or perhaps that’s part of the reason Peter has Seth in the first place.

I agree, it's really nice to finally get some deeper development from Peter's parents.
And I've got to tell you, Jon--that first frame's shot of the office looks a LOT like my father-in-law's office. Tons of books everywhere. :)
I'm inclined to agree with Robert's point of view here--Mom may be over-reacting a bit. Nice to put it in perspective: "Tell me when he starts smoking."

Ah, a new update and a new character (I don't think I even thought Peter had a Dad until now). He seems like a nice guy, and I dig both his feelings on imagination and office arrangement. Plus, he seems to be sporting the Furry equivalent of a mustache, or at least some scruff. Gives him some class, very nice (at least distracts from the comb-over).
