In my parody-ish comic "Stellar Voyages: The Art of Diplomacy" (which can be found in the gallery here), This is the ship the crew toots around in. Instead of using something off the shelf, I modeled my own, with my antiquated software. It's become a little side hobby of mine, and since then I've built a number of ships (and re-built a couple, thanks to a bad hard drive), which I hope to eventually use in other comics. I also tweaked this ship a tiny bit since its comic appearance for the sake of consistency, which s the version seen here.
(After ripping off design elements from various Star Treks and Galaxy Quest, perhaps I need to start ripping off The Orville more. :) )

Have you seen the pack of development designs for the original Enterprise? Some of those might be interesting to use.

don't bother with the Orville, someone's already working on it. hell, I was asked how to do the torpedoes by the creator!
Seriously, you've effectively created a PDW (post DominionWar) NX, here that belongs in a Bridge Commander or Excalibur install. and exactly how most of our high-grade modelers would have done it as well. Think about hauling it over for us to put in game, seriously, will ya? I know I'd fly the crap outa that.

I used to love playing with ImagineIV back when my miggy was my main machine. I use 3DS Max now, but what was the first thing I did? rebuild an old starship I designed in ImagineIV. Sort of a catamaran space yacht looking thing. And now, I'm building it in SpaceEngineers. Damn thing is huge and unweildy... shes gonan be a freighter/mining mothership.
I really wish I could find my copy of your E.S. Productions CD, I remember you put a very nice A1200 model on there. Plus, running Amibian on a raspberry pi now, I really want to get your colorful icons from that CD.
Do you still sell it by any chance? might just buy another copy.
