This is artoochu2014 toon Kangaroo Malcolm he LOVES muffins and bringing smiles to people's faces and lives whenever someone is feeling down Malcolm pulls out his magical TF hammer and turns all the grumpy people into happy, bouncy toons by smashing them with the rainbow part of the hammer and if the people aren't happy with it (if they still have their humanity) then he can erase the toonification with the pink part of the hammer

He also has a pouch to store some Muffins for later he can also put that big Hammer inside and also the hammer head looks like a unsharpened pencil...the rainbow part toonifies people and objects and the handle of the hammer is actually a pencil so if he needs to draw a car or anvil or even more muffins all he needs to do is draw it out then smash it with the rainbow part of the hammer then BOOM it comes to life

the hammer does bring drawings to life, but the drawings brought to life only last 24 hours, or they vanish if they touch paper. Or the user could give up some of his life energy with the living drawing to give it life.
