Got to see one of the most majestic birds ever to grace the skies fly into the D/FW airport on 1-22-2019. Qantas is only one of two airlines that fly the A380 into DFW. The Other airline is United Arab Emirates.
The Qantas A380 arrives in DFW between 1130 and 1300 and departs at around 2130.
The UAE A380 Arrival into DFW is either in the late evening or early morning (still trying to figure that out) and departs between 1000 and 1130

Comment from a total strange fur here.
I got to fly on the A380 from London to LA, lower rear level. It honestly wasn't a comfortable airplane. Maybe British Airways cheapens out with the legroom? The B777 American Airlines one we flew to London from LA (both nonstop flights) was way more comfortable.
But to be honest, the most comfortable long distance flight has been on the Boeing 747 again nonstop KLM from Amsterdam Schiphol to LAX
The A380 was a very nice concept, they tried to bring back the airplane lounges of the 60's to 70's but the economics ultimately killed it. Two engine airplanes are simply more efficient than huge 4 engine ones.
