I've been working on a proper lion plush pattern for about a year now, and finally I have this thing. While the head is bigger than I'd prefer, thats nothing a little computer editing of the pattern can't fix. I chose to make a plush of my oc Halima, a lioness with vitiligo who I happened to find minky for at the closest craft store to me.

Halima is 18 inches tall and made of cuddly soft brown, sand, and white minky fabric. Her eyes and freckles are machine embroidered, and her mouth is hand embroidered. The white patches are machine appliquéd onto the fur.
