I think there is an office in the town hall where a pony bored of his existence do this kind of things all day long hehe. Queues should be too long that diapers are required to survive there.... But you need a license for that.... duh! Those curious things of life (genius). I think that not all the things in Equestria are so magical as we imagine

This is true. It is likely a lot of ponies need padding because of how horses are known for not being able to hold their bladders nor bowels. Some can but I would guess many can not.

Maybe the diapers are edited out of the animation? Kind of like how other things are changed in shows when something that should not be seen is covered over with something else?

The diapers would make sense given all the Pegasi in the air who have lots of opportunity to make an oops upon a Unicorn and Earth Pony below.

Hehehe, it probably goes a bit too far in the deep analysis of how the things work on the show. A pretty good explanation I should say. But well, I just say that Wonderbolts garments doesn't look to appropriate for long flying session and who knows what they wear exactly under them hehe
