Pretty much like the last time,
basic brushes, hard round, soft round

but i also aided myself with smudge and blur
and a little bit of sharpen.

The mask hides the identity.

Just imagine someone went shopping, or got very creative for halloween.

I like the direction this is going,
But i really think i need to make a pause on shading and rendering,
And focus more on character design, and style,
I don't want to paint statues. i want living creatures.

Shading and rendering looks good

there is some creativity on the character design, but i wouldn't call it great.

Ummm......i really don't feel this very appealing.
Probably because there's some distortion the construction of the character
Proportion either feel completely right.

I feel is more technical.

>Recommendations

Back down on rendering and shading, and focus more on character design and style.

The objective is  to attain balance.
