Here is The Black Mark, a leopard supervillain who has the power to steal other supers' powers. He does this by jumping into them -- his body briefly merges with theirs, and he comes out with their powers. His opponent is covered with faded leopard spots and cannot use their powers until Black Mark is knocked out, or until he steals someone else's power. (He can only hold one at a time, though he hopes to one day hold more.) He believes he is the world's only superhero and judges all other supers to be villains.
In this picture, he's stalking a superhero who is somewhere up on that rooftop. In the manner of his species, he has great climbing and jumping skills.
He's not to be confused with my other hood-wearing spotted big cat character, Champion Cheetah :).
He appeared in my story "Anatomy of a Superhero," fighting Dobes Gillis:
