It may be with us all our lives, or it may be many years or decades before we find it…or it finds us. But when it does find us, if we’re lucky we’re Odysseus tied up to the ship’s mast, hearing the song with perfect clarity, but ferried to safety by a crew whose ears have been plugged with beeswax. If we’re not all lucky, we’re another sort of sailor stepping off the deck to drown into the sea.”
“Captain- where are we off to?”
Amelia smirked as she grandly waved her hand out to the sea, “There. That’s where we’re going boys! To find adventure, treasure, and mischief…”
Every time I see this piece, I want to sing the “One Piece” theme song, haha.
What, you didn’t know Amelia was a pirate? My girls are capable of being anything they want to be! Even fierce pirates of the sea.
I have been wanting a piece of both my girls as pirates for the longest, I just have not gotten around to doing so until now! I will be making Whisper a pirate later as well, if I can convince her to take a break from being an assassin for a bit, hmm. Anyway-
An absolutely lovely piece by gNYMd.
I have NO idea why they do not have more watchers because their art is stunning! I especially love how they draw humans- anyone that knows me knows I have a hard time finding good artists that are able to draw Amelia to my liking. So it is always a refreshing change of pace to find awesome human artists on here! If you are not watching them, please do so.
