For those who don't know me...I do have depression..got diagnosed over 2 decades ago or close to it with it. It's triggered for no reason..but in regards to this vent art..it's been triggered do to another problem I'm having right now...Illness Anxiety (formerly called Hypocondria). I'm not going to go into it much...but it's been having a negative impact on me these past months. I've cried alot..for no reason, and I've generally been worn out and sad. makes it hard to eat at times, but I am trying to beat this round of stuff going on...I thought maybe this vent art would help..and it did a little bit..but it will take months to recover..I'm a slow learner so to speak.

This is my "echidna" self holding a heart...not much more too it then what's going o makes my heart hurt emotionally.
