So Buddy, after trying to corrupt a priests apprentice, as Buddy is often wont to do, got a rather interesting curse placed on himself.

Basically the curse takes that little voice in your head that tells you what you are doing is bad and you should feel bad, and turns it up 100 fold and gives it physical form.. There are just two problems with that. 1) Buddy never had that little voice, so this thing is not very strong at all and 2) Buddy has a lot more control over his body than most people who would find themselves under such a curse.

And thus, to humiliate this new entity that he can't seem to shake, he forces them to look like a tail maw, giving them the same kind of mouth as himself, even down to the ovipositor tongue. Now, he can't seal the mouth or change the holy golden symbol on St. Maw's head, but he can suppress them for awhile if need be.

St. Maw is the name Buddy and Lilith gave him, but when he is being a prude they like to call him 'Butt Baby' He often refers to everyone as 'Sinner' and 'Harlot'.

Also Buddy loves forcing him into lewd situations, as again St. actually does not hold much sway over their shared physical form. It also helps Buddy can overwhelm him with physical and chemical stimuli until he breaks, but he is always mortified after the fact.
