There I finally did it, I decided to try my hand at drawing a character from another Nicktoon: Rocko from Rocko's Modern Life. This is my first ever attempt at drawing Rocko so I know it's fraught with flaws.
I didn't do the background of this picture, that was a screencap from the closing credits of RML, so I can't take credit for that.

LOL I have every episode on my hard drive, just as I do with Angry Beavers, Daria, and Road Rovers of varying quality and editing. I can think of no less than 3 scenes missing from the episodes I have, and the audio quality is pretty bad, too. Sadly, it's all I could find.
As for the drawing, I'll scan it tonight before I go to bed. For now, though, it's eats time. XD
