Introducing Ladd, the gunslinger.

Back in 2010 when I made Deacon and Azura, I was playing around with the concept of another robot monkey, a cowboy of sorts, but I never got around it, back then I didn't have much practise and I had the bad habit of getting frustrated with it and dropping it, lol.

8 years later I was talking with a friend and sharing the ideas with him inspired me to finally get around and drawing him!

So the idea is that Ladd is a Robot Monkey that was born and raised in a desertic planet, typical space wild west, at one point he was captured and experimented on till he was turned into a robot monkey, I was originally planning to give him gun hands, but the concept looked silly no matter how I tried to twist it around, so in the end I resolved to give him laser revolvers!

The twist however is that his powers now lie in his eyes, Ladd's eyes are mechanically enhanced to give him crazy good accuracy for his shots, his special ability allows him to guide a shot with his eyes, kind of like a remote controlled laser shot!

In terms of personality, Ladd is your typical southern accented friendly cowboy, he enjoys the simpler things of life, and despite having become a robot monkey with special abilities, he's just terrible with tech.

And that's what I got for now, hehe, with this ref I should be able to produce more and more art, and who knows, finally share with you guys some cool ideas I have in mind!
