I'm thinking of my comic project again. Part of why I've been putting it off is because a few characters are difficult to draw consistently.
Svan has a lot of shapes going on with her face, and changing the proportions on her any way can completely alter how she looks.

Still, I like this design and don't want to alter it, so I've just been practicing.
