just a hard round brush with no opacity.

and the technique to do the drawing,
in these case you use your imagination to extrapolate all the content in reality,
then you virtualize it in your mind, and imagine the camara placement and position.
then you use the fundamentals of perspective to render the information in a cohesive way.

Its kind of the drawing yourself, while your are drawing, just that there´s no mirrors or photos, 
you have to virtualize a camara in your mind and create a visualization projected through that camara.

its a nice exercise.

I dont really have a very great criteria on line drawings, i need to find and research more examples to know how to improve.
umm. maybe filling some shadows, could help.

look for line drawing paintings, and think about how to make simple shadows, try different styles.
