My head-cannon for this one is that this is an art project for a young Zootopian girl who hears about 'The Hero of Zootopia, Judy Hopps' and translates it literally into this larger than life superhero style. No real deeper story beyond that, but we'll see where the brain goes when it's not dependent on caffeine, and fantasizing about KH3 on Tuesday.
My first upload in probably years, I'm glad to have actually finished a project at all. I'm sorry that I've been unable to do any kind of artsy stuff; RL responsibilities take a lot of that away from you.
Partly inspired by Xylas from Tumblr, who I believe is now on Inkbunny. Special thanks to Cocobunnie on Deviantart for the 'Textured Pencil' brush used for this.
