Came up with this guy the other day for a campaign only to learn that it wouldn't probably work with the loar. I'm going to have to figure out a new character now but I liked his design so much that I wanted to finish him. Trying something new with cell shading with this one.
Anyway his backstory is he almost died in the deep ocean only for an old god to "save?" him. This old god then named him "Fred" because it is the only mortal name they know. He had a dragonborn name before but he and everyone he knows forgot it. His design is based off of a dragon from a campaign I watch called TFS at the table with some other aquatic dragon designs mixed in.
