Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear this piece of your costume.
I was in awe the first time I wore this head, I've never been able to breathe and see out of a fursuit so well!
I let the maker know ahead of time I've got a larger than average nose and she definitely took that into consideration and added a little more space to the front part of the inside of the head. The inside is lined with a breathable material, which helps the ventilation a lot. I've been able to wear this head for hours at a time.

Please describe how satisfied you are with how your costume piece looks from the outside.
I LOVE how this head looks!! I can make many expressions depending on how I tilt the head, and all of them are adorable!!
The maker followed the reference sheet to a T!
The symmetry and shaving is spot on, I have looked this head over many times and have not found any kind of imperfections.

Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear this piece of your costume.
The body fits perfectly, and is very easy to move in. I have no fear of popping any seams or ripping the fabric, the suit is very sturdy.
The padding is stuffed lycra I believe, which is so nice since it breathes well, it's not heavy at all, and to clean them I just put them in a gentle cycle!


Appearance Satisfaction
Please describe how satisfied you are with how your costume piece looks from the outside.
I adore how they constructed this bodysuit, they used a couple of different fur lengths in a few areas and it looks fantastic!
Again, they followed the reference sheet perfectly, markings are right where they should be, and the padding gives off a very nice, feminine look like I was hoping for.

The hands and feet are both very solidly constructed. The hands are super puffy and comfortable to wear. The feet are suuuper comfy, the interior is lined with a soft material, making walking around for hours very easy to do.

Appearance Satisfaction
Please describe how satisfied you are with how your costume pieces look from the outside.
These hands and feet are sooo cute! The puffy paws are adorable, and the feet complement them very nicely.
The pawpads on the hands are made of mink, and are appliqued perfectly.
The feet were made to go outdoors, and in all the use they've gone through, the material on the bottom hasn't gotten any holes and hasn't worn down at all.

The tail is also very comfortable and light, the straps sewn onto it are sturdy and have withstood a lot of abuse.

On the tail, there are three straps sewn on, so that when I put it onto my belt, the tail stays pointed up!
It matches the rest of the suit perfectly.

How was your concept art realized?
The concept art was followed perfectly!
The maker's style complements this character very well in my opinion, and I'm so glad I went with her!


How well does everything fit together and match up?
Everything lines up 100%!
The fur selections all match perfectly, the padding fits into the suit like a glove, the zipper on the front of the suit is well hidden under the chest fluff, and the hole where the tail attaches is perfectly sized so the tail doesn't tear the fabric, but also doesn't show anything behind the suit.


How easy was it to initially contact the maker for a quote?
I found this maker through their website while googling fursuit makers. Initial contact was through a form on their website, and they let me know everything they would need to begin the process.


How satisfied are you with the response time from the maker?
How long did it take the maker to get back to you?
Response time was good. We didn't message back and forth very often, I'd say about once or twice a month while my commission was in progress.


How satisfied are you with the professionalism and customer service and of the maker?
Full Moon Special is an absolute delight to work with! They are very focused on customer service, always let me know where my commission was progress-wise, and were always very professional in their messages.


How satisfied are you with how long your project took to complete?
I would like to state that when I initially commissioned Full Moon Special, I had no deadline, so this didn't really affect my satisfaction with the suit. However, later on after inital contact I found out I could go to a convention out of state, and sent an e-mail asking if it was a possibility for my suit to be done by then. This happened a couple times and I was usually sent a response saying "that should be possible" or something similar. These etas were missed. It was about 3 years before I received my fursuit. I was given an opportunity to get a refund since it had been a bit of a wait, but I had seen the work they had done on this project and knew she was worth the wait!


Are you happy with the product you received?
I absolutely love this fursuit, it's easily the nicest one I have ever had the pleasure of wearing! I see myself wearing her for a long, long time before anything needs to be replaced. Looking back on the price, I would have easily payed double, probably more for this kind of quality! Full Moon Special was so kind and courteous throughout the process, and though there was the issue with the wait time, I can easily overlook that in favor of everything else about this suit.


Describe your overall experience with this maker.
If I ever had the chance to commission a fursuit again, Full Moon Special would absolutely be at the top of my list!
I have recommended them to a couple of friends, not only because of their amazing craftsmanship, but also because of their dedication to customer service.
