People make this same mistake a lot when looking at cub art. A babyfur in just a diaper tends to look genderless and its sometimes hard to tell if its a boy or a girl at such young ages as babyfurs are. I've been called a boy many times by people in the community and i don't get upset about it. I think its just a silly thing for people to get offended over, as obviously not everyone on the internet is going to know you that well and its just a drawing. If it was a photo of the person then sure, but its harder to tell gender when everyone's a baby animal.
