Do I even have a "standard" writing style anymore?
So a little while ago I got a new(ish) Junji Ito collection, and amidst cannibal troll supermodels and greasy houses there was Hanging Blimps, which gave me terrible ideas. So I decided to do my own horror story about balloon heads. With fetish. I tried to go for a simplified perspective to go along with the Ito style but in the end it might just be Lovecraft and not wanting to put effort into fleshing out the characters. Probably terribly ill-conceived but whatever.
I like the name Barutsu-Rusa enough that I'm tempted to take it for making a real character.
Too bad I haven't actually seen Paprika so I can't make proper references.
