Finally got around to designing this boy proper and whipping him up a reference sheet.

He's just a naive prankster that's always sticking his nose where it shouldn't be. He enjoys crouching on high perches and cooing intimidatingly at anyone below. But don't worry - offer him a cheeseburger and he'll be your best friend.
He dresses up as a pilot despite the fact he cannot fly, and he's actually wickedly terrified of heights. You goober.
