as you may or may not know, Ralph loves to travel. he travels to different places around the world with his teleporter
that he got from his belly button.
(dont worry he still looks at his belly button when he gets back to Smart Vally or to see what his bro is up to.)

but the reason why he hides his belly button with a neckless, is that so the thefts won't steal his items from his belly button.

(luckly the thefts never steal his neckless)

the other reason is that everyone will think that he is a real talking orange wolf and everyone will freak out.

but with his neckless on, everyone will think that he is just some guy in a costume.
