So...Evie would prefer mixed drinks..that's dangerous. My brother figured a recipe for a long island with only two things in it NOT alcohol based, and you don't taste any kind of burn...hell you don't even know you're drunk till you stand up!

The Long Island Iced Tea recipe I like:
0.75 oz each of light rum, vodka, gin, silver tequila, orange juice, cointreau.
1 oz lime juice.
3 oz (minimum) coca-cola.
You can add a lemon wedge too.
Overall, pretty nice tasting, but that's 3.75oz of hard liquor, not exactly a light drink! About twice that of your average cocktail.
