I want to say Pixiv since it's pretty open with porn or anything as long as it doesn't go overboard. You can also try instagram, but you'd also have to censor your artwork since the people at Facebook have the same rules for it as they do on their platform. Newgrounds is also another site to post to since they are fairly open with what you can post as well.
