So I got a Zbrush trial today....
3D prints, anyone? Lol...
But seriously, 3D sculpting is a blast and this was my first attempt at actual 3D sculpting from scratch.
Without any reference, the anatomy is a bit rough and inaccurate but overall I like how it turned out!
Putting the 3 full-body view (3/4, Front, Back) on my patreon. A small way of saying thanks for the support so far!

if you wish to learn more on anatomy for definition with sculpting, i suggest this book https://www.facebook.com/media/set/.....330&type=3
i used it for my bachelors in 3d modeling
if you'd also like some help or advice on anything, let me know. i am always willing to help teach a fellow artist

Zbrush is an awesome tool. I sadly trid to use it but I'm so used to the 3ds Max-style commands Mudbox has (more like 'had' as it's been discontinued and its features embedded in 3ds Max) that I was feeling completely lost. That said it's an A+ tool for sculpting as it's an industry-grade tool after all (it's used for video games and movies after all).
So keep on with the epic work :D

Before you get too into any one program I would suggest looking around. Zbrush is nice but I like the flow of 3dCoat better, other than liking it more it also has a lower buy in price and has a free trial of the full program but you can not export files with no time limits. 3dCoat also has, in my opinion, better tools to help you go from working mostly in 2d into 3d. Might be also that since I came from learning design drafting and photoshop as a photographer instead of from the angle of artist getting into 3d.
