Hmm.... You could always do a Harry Potter type uniform with a sweater over a dress shirt complete with tie. Dress shirts on my taurs end in a belted hem so there are no shirt tails and often I also have a fanny pack and belt since they don't have pant pockets. Maybe throw in a beret.
