Rizr12 wasn't always a Blight Loll, but he's certainly taken the change in stride. He runs a little snack stand in a back alley near the quarantine zone, selling snacks at low prices to anyone willing to do business with his kind. He's pretty popular in the neighborhood, but it seems that ever since he moved in, the blight plague has been spreading a lot faster.Hopefully it doesn't hurt his business.
