I had this brilliant idea a few years back for a comic starring a Chupacabra character that was raised as a human and so was less monstrous than they normally are. He had a soul. Anyway, long story short, I told the idea to two people who said that it was like a story arc from Angel the TV series, which I had given up watching for about two or three months previous, but their insistence got me frustrated enough to drop the project.
I had the novel idea of doing the comic in reverse order, page-wise. I had no solid script, but wanted to try this novel approach. After I did six pages, and exported jpegs, I had a hard drive crash and these six five, low res jpg images were all that was left of my comic. The frustration had built until I gave up.
I'm posting them, here in the order I drew them. The dialog never got added. Even though I drew them about four years ago, all the images and characters, are © 2009 to me.
Many hours, non-photo blue pencil, india ink and a quill pen.
