but, I haven't come up with a name for this fellow yet. he's another sky dragon like Noroi, but he is moonlight on a dark night whereas she is clouds before sunset. they each have a theme :P

I think I've definitely gotten better at painting scales. and clouds also. both were a real challenge lol.
