What is Rogue Saying to Chaos?

I shot a bunch of pretty dog photos at the beach yesterday, but the theme that seems to have emerged is Rogue, my 8 year old sable Sheltie girl, being...expressive. I find this picture pretty hilarious. The other dogs in the photo are Coba, little blue background Sheltie, and my Collie pup, Chaos.
So I leave it to you, my most excellent watchers: what is Rogue saying to Chaos? She's obviously saying _something_.
