After he got his spider bite piercing, Titanium gave him that hoodie and said 'you're one of us now.'
rumor has it, Sleet has never taken the hoodie off since.

Rumor is incorrect, of course, because Sleet is a clean freak and all about hygiene, so of course he takes it off to wash it. He's also made numerous attempts to assist Titanium in cleaning his closet, all of which have, much to his disappointment, ended in disaster.

Sleet graduated high school at 15, because he's very smort. He plans to go to medical school once he's scrounged up enough money for both him and his brother to go to college, but he was born into a pretty poor family because his mother could not care less about them. All of his siblings besides Titanium live with their dad, Gear, on the other (much nicer) side of town, but he and Titanium live with their mom in the awful, gang infested part of town. Oops, looks like they chose the wrong parent, but it's too late to go back now.

Sleet constantly goes out and 'deals' with Titanium's problems. Titanium gets mixed up with the gangs alot, particularly stopping them from doing things he deems morally unacceptable. This gets him into many a dangerous scrape, and it's often Sleet who has to bail him out. Sleet's constantly helping Titanium, be it with lending aid in a shootout, patching up a bullet wound because Titanium's afraid of hospitals, or even killing someone who injured him. Of course, Titanium isn't aware that Sleet kills for him, Sleet makes sure of that.

Sleet's very well versed in medical knowledge, because he's had lots of firsthand experience, with his brother constantly getting stabbed and whatnot. Oftentimes Titanium is unable to visit the hospital because of his crippling paranoia, or because somebody in the hospital is actually out to get him. So Sleet is left to clean up the damage as best he can, and ensure that his brother doesn't get a deadly infection. Hmph.

Oftentimes, with their mother constantly out of the house, it's Sleet who has to pay the bills and the rent. He always keeps Titanium in the dark about their financial situation, because Titanium has used prostitution as a source of money before, and Sleet wants to keep his brother off of the streets. Now, how does Sleet get the money to pay for a roof over his and his brother's head, you might ask? Well, if there's one thing he's good at (besides medical stuff), it's killing and getting away with it. He's smart, knows exactly how to clean up a crime scene and dispose of evidence, and he's a surprisingly good sniper, so he uses these skills to keep himself and his brother afloat by occasionally being a hitman. Yes, it's amoral, and Sleet acknowledges this, but he values his brother over the lives of these corrupt politicians anyways. Titanium would be horrified if he found out, so of course, he doesn't know, and Sleet's pretty sure he can keep it secret forever.
