G'runda plays very fast and loose with her alchemical brews in combat. Due to the thick mucus lining in her stomach and throat, she can swallow an alchemist's fire and then projectile vomit it out, causing the full contents of her guts to transmute into boiling alchemist's fire in an instant.
It's good for keeping bandits off of your ass when you're traveling alone.
The fire doesn't look great, but I'm semi-happy with the picture. Her gut looks gross flexed like that.
