Well here it is !
This one is a Morgan 4/4. Still in production and with a long waiting list if you want one. This one is an slightly earlier model of the one in the chasis photo, and a left hand drive version, but other than the wheels the car has has pretty much the same (body design) as it did when it was introduced in 1936.
I got a chance to tour the factory in Malvern Link many years ago. We were given the run of the factory, No guides, just told to be careful. Spent a whole afternoon looking and talking with the craftsmen. Sadly experiences like that are a thing of the past.
Will put these in scraps in a day or so (with all the other car photos)

In current era of laptops with wheels and shoppercarts with barely blown sewing machines under the bonnet,,, this represents the great time, when blokes actually put effort into the driving and had a great fun doing so. Also they didn't mind getting few scratches and fenderbumps, as well as having cold rainy air in their hair, and no room for sofa in the boot.
Cheers to Ye Elde Skool Folks for making theese
