Yup yup, I've lost bout 15 pounds since may so yay ^_^ not really fat but still I wants a lil skinnier. Bout 5-10 more and I'll weigh the same as my mate but he's tall n skinny n I'm short. He prob bout your build, he's like 6'1 I think.
Damn world of Warcraft made me gain weight XD ever since I quit the weights be falling off and I'm not even trying to lose weight. So adjust diet and I'm good to go!!!
