Commission of a character by a friend for his significant other. All hand sculpted. The brown parts are wax, and the grey is castilene, which is a wax based clay that's a bit easier to sculpt in. Makes detailed areas a lot easier to do.
This will have pour spouts attached to it at strategic points, and the whole thing will get covered in layers of liquid ceramic shell and silica. After that, I'll drill several holes in, open the pour spouts, and melt the wax and castilene out in a giant furnace. From there it's just a matter of pouring molten bronze in it, and breaking the shell off after it cools!
