I think this looks pretty cool. =) Well done! It all ties together quite well. I can't think of anything really I don't like about it. I can tell a lot of work was put into it. I think that there are places that look vacant around it, but my advice is to leave them that way because making it more complex would only make it looked cluttered.

Looks like it focuses on medieval technologies and building. A sort of mix between combat and building from the gears/cogs and compass showing. Perhaps it gives the feeling of more than simple adventures, but actually also developing towns and cities and such. Was that intended?

Hm... Not sensing a whole hell of a lot of magical element in there. The beaker says more alchemist to me, not necessarily magical anything. That's just me though.
I dunno how you'd put more emphasis on magic... maybe floating runes or sparkles, though very few of course... maybe a glowing (or flaming) spell book?

I might suggest text that contrasts a little more strongly from its background, so one can pick it out more easily. Apart from that, though, I like it-- the sort of jumbled feel of the various elements gives the idea that the game is, well, packed full of stuff, which is a good thing. x3
