New character time again! I'm really happy with how this design turned out! The idea was that she'd be an 80's bully with a big heart and a cyberpunk theme!

The general backstory is that she's got special nanobots in her body. They are CONSTANTLY building her muscle mass up, and they have a collective consciousness called Lucy. Lucy has no morality, and only cares about selfish pleasures and desires.

To counteract Lucy, the Dominovan government implanted special restraints, which siphon away muscle mass at the exact same rate that Lucy creates it. These restraints are the green stripes on Finn's arms and legs. They ALSO have a collective consciousness, named Angie. Angie's only concern is the wellbeing of other people, even to the detriment of the self.

The two AI's basically act like a shoulder angel and a shoulder demon to Finn. And Finn needs them both. If her restraints are destroyed, she'll start growing uncontrollably once again. But if the nanobots stop working, she'll wither away into nothing. So she must maintain a stasis between the two. That being said, she finds it so, SOOO much more fun to listen to Lucy^^
