Oh yea, devils and even satan himself wont break a deal or a promise. That stuff is almost exclusively a mortal man trait in pretty much most myths. The trick is more that often if demons etc agree to something, its usually cause they get more out of it than you do. They will withold information or use word play to decieve and manipulate, but they wont outright break a contract.
