I love me some Masters of the Universe, so I felt like doing Orko tonight. I went with his pendant from the 200X cartoon, rather than the big 'O' on his chest, but the rest of his design is more borrowed from the original series.

I'm actually too old to have seen it as a kid (I was graduating university when they ran this thing), so I'm coming to it with no nostelgia involved.
It's charming, it's funny. A brilliant show!

Haha, I actually love Evil Lyn a bit more, at least in the other continuities and lore. I loved the cartoon, but I was introduced to He-Man via the mini-comics that came with the toys, and always thought of that as the 'real' version of the characters. But gawd yes, it's a very well done show, underappreciated. Lou Scheimer was a great guy, and he put a lot of love into the show. Really liked She-Ra too, honestly!

Oooh, I love toys, and the Dragon Walker's the best! It's /so loud/ on top of just being silly, too! My collection's no where near complete, so I'm now jealous of a collection I've not even seen! (I do have a Dragon Walker though!) My little sister was going through crap at our mom's house, and found one of her old She-Ra figures (Glimmer) and is giving it to me when I move next week.
