Wohooo! A tiger! :D Finally a striped murder-kitty instead of the usual spotted ones!
To be honest, I'm not very happy with this drawing, there are MANY things that look "off", and that irritates me. I was tempted to throw it away, but even if it was almost a sketch it still took a while to do, so I decided to finish coloring it in the end.
Oh, and I also bought a cheap white ink flask, and now I'm loving it way too much. :D
The attire is loosely based on ancient Indian ones, but it's not meant to represent any population in particular, by the way.

Dude, it's okay, and I am so glad you posted this, I love it! It's got so much color and detail, sure I see a few things off, but I had to look hard for a while, after I read your, rather surprising description, because I still love it, and am glad you posted.
P.A.
The location of the eyes is the only thing that seemed off... The scarf detail is so extreme though, it makes me girly scream, I love it. Oh, and that peacock feather plume! Love that too!

Well... I can't blame you there, as when I do a sketch, and something as important to me as the eyes, drive me nuts, by being off, and everybody likes the picture anyway, I still hesitate to share it much. That being said, I think I can understand your frustration... But still, so much of this piece is beautiful, even the eyes. Maybe he was just born with oddly placed eye sockets, that can be the excuse. So much effort went into this, I'm glad you shared it.
