All expression is energy

Everything we see is a projection of our own state of consciousness. When we express ourselves consciously, we free ourselves from what's inside of us and then we can grow beyond what's inside of us. The universe is a mirror and we interact with the universe with divine expression. The universe expresses itself with love, but when we believe that we are what's inside of us, we cannot see it, because then we only see what's inside of us. That's why expression can help us to clear our vision. When I have expressed my thoughts, then they are not inside of my consciousness anymore and I have emptied myself. What we express is not what we are, it's just something that has been inside of us. Without what's inside of us, we are all the same, love. Divine love is conscious love. When we love others no matter if they can love or cannot love us, that is conscious and divine love. When we express love through the mind, we do that because we expect love in return. But when we express divine love, through the soul, we do that because we allow a divine force to run through us from the inside of our consciousness. Because whenever we express divine love, we contribute to our spiritual growth. Expression of divine love is never through the mind. The mind is always judgemental, more or less. The mind does not know divine love. When we choose to learn to live in love, our mind is our own teacher. We can only become more conscious by looking at our unconsciousness. Divine love is all around, but it cannot be seen in unconsciousness. Expression can take many different forms, but the energy is always the same. Expression of divine love can be extroverted or introverted. It can be expressed through language, or through silence. Expression is not serious, because expression is temporary, and everything that is temporary can be taken away. The only thing that cannot be taken away is the energy behind the expression and expression of divine love is a way to connect with that energy. However we express ourselves, there is always something that can never be taken away, something that just sees the expression in the mirror of life.
