This is my new MLP oc Prince Terra. He is the Prince of Earth & Wealth.
The ruler & overseer of the earth and its mineral bounties (Rocks, precious gems & metals). (Holds no sway over vegetation)
(Named after the Latin word for Earth)

Prince Terra is an older pony. Older then both Celestial and Luna combined. Legend says that he is or could be their Uncle. As well as the main ancestor of all the Crystal ponies and the founder of the original Crystal Empire.
He vanished when King Sombra started to take over the Crystal Empire and they haven't seen or heard from him since then.

Though I can say he is most certainly alive, but so much time has past that he decided that staying hidden was a better option for him then coming out.
He was satisfied with his life so far, but he wasn't happy. His life changed though when he came across a strange foal without a mother or father. The foal seemed strange both familiar and dangerous. But he couldn't leave the foal alone and took him in.

It wasn't till later on in the foals life that they figured out the foals heritage. The foal was the son of his niece Luna and his enemy King Sombra. But he knew the foal from raising him, and this foal was good.
It was after this that he decided to sit down with the foal and tell him the whole truth of who he, himself, was. They both agreed to keep their identities low and stay together.

Though This changed when his foal ran into a strange mare of dragonic descendant, who seemed to also be from a time where King Sombra terrorized the lands. Terrra stayed hidden while he let his foal grow, but stayed close just encase his foal needed him.

To Terra's surprise this strange mare excepted his foal fully, and the two took to adopting Changelings in the Everfree. It took Terra awhile to come out and introduce himself to her. It was his foal who finally made them meet and eventually had him tell her his story. And she excepted him as well.

Now he lives with them in the Everfree, but still stays hidden from the rest of the ponies. He still dosn't feel right coming out and would rather just be a whispered myth then a living legend. His foal and his foal's mare don't mine. Their young changelings children don't seem to understand why he hides away but they don't mind keeping him their own little secret.
