I am now very interested in the backstory.....

Well... You can say that becoming a werewolf was something that his character was not ready for. Like many unwitting werewolves,
the life he once knew is now gone. Washed away suddenly painfully in one bloody night. Comfort and safety has been replaced with fear and exhaustion, running and fighting every day unsure if anything will get better. However the one thing that allowed him to maintain his will was his younger sibling who stuck with him the whole time. Even taking up a gun to protect him.
This is just one of those moments when he remembers everything he's lost and longing for some measure of sorely missed peace.

It is very touching, you really put that in your piece and it must have been , or still be, exhausting

I love picture's like this that depict the wolf as a hero and you displayed it beautifully! The emotion between these 2 siblings is truly moving! A+++
