Just your average Lollz riffraff, skating around and tagging places she knows she shouldn't. She likes to wear bright colors because she likes being noticed, and yes, she is very proud that her beard (and most of her body hair) would make most men jealous.
This was an interesting pose, I haven't drawn anything like this before, but I feel like I got the sense of motion down. The only thing I'm not overly happy with is the angle of the tag. It looks kind of strange. Oh well.
